OMG! Just got back from the concert. I thought this concert was one of the best I've been to. I even thought Collective Soul was great! Live was full of energy, they played all of the usual hits, AOY, I Alone, I Walk the Line, LC, Heaven, Lakini's Juice, Wings, The River, etc. The real fun was after Live when I went outside by the tour buses to try and get some autographs. I didn't see anyone from Live though. I was a little disappointed but then a real nice security guy let us go up to the tour buses. I met Ed, Dean and Will from Collective Soul!!! They were really sweet and signed my ticket!! I think they gained another fan. I didn't stick around to try and meet Counting Crows because a large crowd was gathering. Oh, a guy on another tour bus, I don't know who it was gave me a guitar pick with the LIVE logo on it!!!

I went with two friends, one (Bill) a Collective Soul and Live fan, the other (Yuri) a Live and sort of Counting Crows fan.

Collective Soul went on first, we stayed in our seats because I recently had leg surgery and didn't want to almost rip my stitches for any band besides Live. The seating wasn't as close or the sound as clear as it was in Delaware, however Collective Soul put on an adequate show and the crowd gave them a decent response. Ed Roland still put out the cheesy line, "You know you liked us, tell your friends you just saw Collective Soul." The stadium was half full as their set ended and we made our way down to the field.

Live came out next and put on an excellent set. Ed was all smiles and his voice was in excellent form. The band rocked from the start of All Over You until ending in a frenzy with Lakini's Juice. The crowd was totally into Live and both my friends thought they were easily the band of the night. As I left the floor, I saw the stadium was now completely full.

We returned to our seats for the Counting Crows. They opened by playing a fifteen minute version of one of my favorite songs "Round Here." I was tired and ready for dinner, so that's where my concert going ended for me.

I left this show knowing that Live is friggen awesome and a band that only comes around once in a lifetime. They are just amazing to watch in action. I feel priveleged to be a fan.
