I'm not much of a reviewer I just know that the show last night was excellent. They played on the Coca-Cola stage which is a free venue with admission to the Calgary Stampede. The crowd was pretty large but I'm sure that at least half didn't have a clue who Live was and whenever they played a song that wasn't instantly recognizable another few left the crowd. That was okay because I eventually made my way to the front for a prime view. The band was in a good mood, not alot of talking early on but they played well and the sound was great for an outside venue. About mid-way Ed started to chat with the crowd and the band really turned on the volume. The highlight of my night was hearing White, Discussion in concert. They tore it up and the crowd loved it. Great energy, great show. |
