This was a GREAT high energy show! It was held in a small, older theater that made the show very intimate. Live came on a little after 9 pm and played right up to 11 pm. I'll throw you some highlights...

• Ed admitted near the end of the show that he was having throat problems. Still must be bothering him since the Indiana show on Saturday. You could see him straining at times. He hit some pretty high notes at times, but avoided the really high parts like in "Run Away" I give him so much respect! I knew, going to this show, that his voice still might be rough. Overall, Ed
sounded really good!

• Chad Gracey - One of the best drummers ever! He was so solid back behind the plexi glass. I constantly found myself drumming with him.

• Chad Taylor - Stomping and flailing! What a great guitar player!!! He and Ed were up high, I think on some speakers, rockin out hard to "Lakini's Juice".

• Patrick - There's nothing like hearing him play that baseline from "White, Discussion". He is pretty quiet during the shows, but he is always dead on with his bass. Also, I was sitting in a box seat on the side that held about 10 people, the kind with the velvet curtain and all. A beautiful blonde woman was hanging out there, and sat down in front of me a 1/3 thru the show. I saw she had a backstage pass and just had this feeling she knew someone. I leaned in between songs (it was still loud) and asked her "Do you know someone in the band?" She smiled and just said "Yes". I then asked while smiling (I had a hunch) "Which one is your husband?" She smiled again and answered "Patrick." I said "It was nice meeting you" right before the next song blasted. I was tempted to ask for a backstage pass, but she didn't need to be bothered with that kinda stuff. Hey Patrick... Two thumbs up!!

• Adam - I like that he tours with them. Keeping it in the family. He isn't too animated, but plays a damn good show!

Song Count by Album:
1 - Mental Jewelry
6 - Throwing Copper
2 - Secret Samadhi
4 - The Distance to Here
0 - V
2 - Birds of Pray
1 - Awake The Best of Live (I Walk the Line)
3 - Songs From Black Mountain

*Note: Ok, they played nothing from "V". If they had, I know it would have been "Overcome". I've seen them do "Nobody Knows" before and it looks like they could pull out "Simple Creed" if they wanted. I am going on record saying that "V" is a GOOD album! Wish they would play "Flow" one day. That would be a great concert song.

This was my 1st Live concert.. and all I can say is OH MY GOD! I was amazed. My husband has been a fan for years and I recently became a follower. I am now converted. The show was awesome. We were a little worried about Ed's condition as we knew he had been sick at previous dates. When he came out with Rattlesnake to open, he was a little subdued. I didn't know
if this was his normal routine, being new and all so I sat back and enjoyed. My worries were put to rest as they rocked out to All Over You. Everything was just.. amazing. Ed was soo cute, dancing all over the stage and wiggling his cute butt. He has amazing eyes. The venue was GREAT. We were in row L on the floor and I could still see the whites of his eyes. He is mesmerizing. I have to admit... I am now a Taylor fan. He WAILED during I Walk the Line. But oh my goodness, he almost sent me into shock when he went off on Lakini's Juice. That, for me, was the highlight of the evening. It was by far, the best song of the show. Also, I want to throw in, that the last song Dance With You actually brought a tear to my eye. I was actually moved by their performance. Much much more than I can say for anyone else has ever done on a stage. Thank you so much for the show, boys. Look forward to seeing you closer to home!!!

This was yet another great show!!!!!!! It was my birthday , which made it extra special. Had seats in the 7th row, but took to the stage for the opening tune!! Rocked to everything, Lakini's Juice was , as always, a killer tune. Voodoo Lady was special, Ed held my hand and sang a little to me. Love that tune even more now. Chad passed me a pick , he was awesome on that guitar. Probably the most memorible concerts to date. What a great birthday present. I love the small venues. Lets you get up close and personal with the band I love!

This was only my second Live show. I saw them 2 years ago when they came back to York at the York Fair and were awesome then it being my first time seeing them, but this time was UNBELIEVABLE ! That is the only word I know to describe it. It was a small venue, but it was PACKED and everyone had an amazing energy towards the concert the whole time. We had about 8th row in the center and it was unreal.. my pictures turned out amazing and we had a great time.. every song was wonderful.. I loved hearing some of the new songs live and Walk the Line was amazing as well as Lakinis Juice. Everything was just awesome. I actually had meet and greet passes that I won from Friends of Lives Fan Club aka Homespun, and that was an amazing experience in itself.. I first got to meet Ed and get a picture of him and autograph.. then Pat and then Chad G.. Chad T didnt stick around long enough.. but it was a great experience and i hope to do it all again sometime soon.. Just too AWESOME!

I am a very new Live fan. This was my time seeing them in concert. I first saw them on American Idol singing with Chris Daughtry and was completely captivated. My two sons,(20 & 14), and I have been devouring all the Live we can get our hands on. We drove up from Baltimore through some really torrential downpours, but it was totally worth it. The show was awesome!! Ed is sooo gorgeous and was all over the stage. The whole band is amazing! The venue was small and it felt like an intimate evening with the guys. I loved it. Would loved to have heard "Mystery", but the setlist was great anyway. I am kicking myself now that I hadn't gotten tickets to the following night's show in Wildwood NJ. I'll be waiting for the next time they're back in the Mid-Atlantic area. Any plans for a full length concert DVD anytime soon? It would sure make the wait easier.

I loved the center. Beautiful gold Morrocan feel. I felt bad for Ed - the microphone was messed up and so were the monitors. I still loved the show though. Ed, your devoted fans love you and realize not all concerts will be perfect. We were in Loge left. People in the balcony were too mellow and not standing, so we moved to the last row so we could stand. This was my 10th show. Chad is awesome. I wanted to yell out "stompalicious", but no one could hear. Well, 'til next concert. Ed I would love to hear "The Distance", "Deep Enough", and "Forever May Not Be Long Enough". Hope I get to meet them soon.
