Review by Chad Taylor (guitarist of Live)
Considering the total population of Prince Edward Island is just below 160,000 people, we had nearly ten percent of the island in attendance. Ed thanked the audience for naming the island in his honor.

The only way to travel from North Dakota to PEI and make our show time was by private jet. Unfortunately we got stuck in customs while our twenty-million dollar airplane rental burned jet fuel waiting on us. I guess even luxury travel can't get you around the fallout of September 11.

We arrived in PEI with a little more than an hour to prepare for the show. After two night of the toughest conditions we've faced in fifteen years of touring we were hoping for a smooth night and we got our wish.

The crowd was with us from the first note, no rain, good monitors, all equipment in fine working order. This is just what we needed for our last show prior to a month off.

I always love the last gig on a long run, we hold nothing back and this was true tonight.

Afterward we invited a bunch of the audience to join us in the dressing room for a small celebration. Ed, Adam. and I headed to a small nightclub to have a few drinks with the locals. We were treated to many rounds from the gracious folks of PEI. Thanks for the hospitality, I had no money with me and mooched the entire night, next time I'm in town, the evening's on me!

LIVE is officially out of commission for a month of overdue rest and relaxation. LIVE baby number eight is on the way!
