Fans at the Birchmere (Alexandria, VA) show were lucky enough to hear Ed premiere a brand new track. The new song is titled 'Take Me Up to Zion'. Ed also performed the track the following night at the Tin Angel (Philadelphia, PA) and fortunately a keen fan managed to record a video of the peformance. The video has been uploaded to YouTube and the audio has been extracted from the video and turned in to an MP3. Ed has also uploaded an acoustic version of 'Forever' that he recorded himself using Garageband which you can either stream or download as an mp3. Is his first blog post, Ed says: "Hey everybody! Welcome to my new site. Let me start off by thanking Dave Snyder and the folks at missingink for breaking what has to be a speed record for building a website. I literally came to Dave less than a week ago and said I wanted to do Eddieklive.com and here we are! I recorded the MP3 download of Forever last night here at home on Garageband. So, that's the flavor of eddieklive.com; I'm going to be doing fun stuff for it all the time and most of it will be generated exclusively by yours truly. Next week, if all goes as planned, I will have tons of wicked stuff in the music store to download. So keep checking back as I continue to add to this baby. God Bless!
