| Billboard Magazine have added a brief review of "Heaven" to their site. "Heaven"
has debuted at #10 on the Top 20 Singles Chart on the Alternative Addiction website. According
to the latest charts on the Radio & Records website, "Heaven" moves up from #38 to #35 on the Alternative
chart, moves up from #29 to #27 on the Rock chart, moves up from #42 to #41 on the
Active Rock chart, and enters the AAA chart at #30. And the current poll will be
extended until next week... according to the current results, the majority of voters (62%) think that
LIVE's new single, "Heaven", is EXCELLENT. |

| I have added another new banner for
"Birds Of Pray" to the Album 6 Section (thanks to Matt Meyers of Fayetteville, Georgia for making this banner).
The release date of the "Heaven" Maxi-CD will be on May 12th internationally
(the tracklist contains "Heaven", "Life Marches On", "Forever
May Not Be Long Enough" (Egyptian Dreams remix), and "Overcome" (live).
"Friends Of Live" is having a new contest and "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" sale on t-shirts
in their store.

| "Heaven" has debuted at number
27 on the new Rock Chart on the "Radio & Records" website, and
has also risen to #38 (up from #43 last week) on the new Alternative Chart. According to a short article posted on
this page,
Ed said that LIVE plan to tour Australia before the end of the year (thanks to Eamon
for this link). "Friends Of Live" has posted info on how you can win tickets
to the August 22nd concert at the "Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame" to this thread on their site. "Heaven" has made
it's way onto the "It's Your Fault" top 10 countdown on the DC101 radio
station in Washington, DC... please take a moment and vote for "Heaven" (and then you can listen to the online
stream of DC101 to hear
it in the new countdown, which starts at 10pm EST each weekday). The Live Lounge

| As you may already know, Ed did a phone
interview (with Jesse Jessup) on the KDGE radio station in Dallas, Texas last Wednesday,
April 16th (and was aired last Friday). This full interview is available for download
at the LIVE Section on the Coldfire Studios website. MCA Records has posted a new article on LIVE to their website, as well as a list of radio stations (in the United States) that you can request
"Heaven" at. "Heaven" is currently at number 1 on Billboard's
"Liquid Commercial Downloads" chart on their site. This site is approaching the
100,000th unique visitor mark (estimated to be reached within a week or so). To thank
everyone for their support, I will be giving away a brand new copy of the "Overcome"
cd single for the person who is the 100,000th visitor (just send me a screenshot
of the counter at the 100,000 mark and you will win this cd). And I have added a
new fan picture to the Fan Pix Gallery. |

| "Heaven" has risen 12 more
positions on the new "Modern Rock.com Hot 100" chart, rising from number 31 to number 19. Please
take a moment and vote for "Heaven" on the "Alternative Addiction" website, and rate "Heaven" on Canada's
"102.1 - The Edge" website. And if anyone recorded (or has any info about) the interview
of Ed on "The
Edge - 102.1 FM" (KDGE)
radio station in Dallas, Texas this afternoon, or the interview with Chad Taylor
on the "Y100" (WPLY) radio station in Philadelphia, Pennysylvania
yesterday, please let me know.

| As announced in an update yesterday,
the "Rolling Stone" magazine has posted a new article about LIVE's new album to their website, which mentions
that LIVE will be touring the United States for 2 months, beginning in late July.
"Heaven" has debuted at number 43 on the new alternative chart at the "Radio & Records" website.
"Heaven" has also made its way onto the Top 10 Chart in the rock section of the "Music Choice"
website. "V" is currently listed at number 22 on the Top 100 Hot Albums Chart on the "Modern Rock" website.

| I have just received word that LIVE
will be performing at the "Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame" in Cleveland,
Ohio on August 22nd! Ticket and event information for this concert has not been announced
yet, but will be announced as it becomes available. "Heaven" rose 41 positions
on the current "Modern Rock.com Hot 100" chart, rising from number 72 to number 31. And I
have received word that "Heaven" will enter the new Top 50 chart for most
played alternative songs (on American radio), which is due April 18th via the "Radio
& Records" website ("Heaven" is currently listed as one of the
"most added" new songs on the alternative, rock, and active rock charts on their site). |

| LIVE will be performing "Heaven"
on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" on May 20th on the NBC network! There
will also be a re-airing of this performance the following day (May 21st) on the
Comedy Central network. Check the TV Section
for times and details on this appearance. I added an mp3 of a new interview with
Ed and Chad Taylor (aired on the WMMR radio station in Philadelphia, Pennysylvania
after the concert at Temple University on March 28th) to the Featured MP3 Section (thanks to Aidan of New Jersey for sending me this interview). I
have posted 5 new press photos of LIVE, as well as a new banner banner for "Birds
Of Pray" to the Album 6 Section.
I made a couple new flyers for the new album, "Birds Of Pray" (for both
domestic and international releases), which I have also added to the Album 6 Section. Feel free to download this flyer and use it to promote LIVE's new

and let me know, as you may be eligible for possible prizes! The "Triple M" radio station in Brisbane, Australia will

| "Friends Of Live" are having
a pre-sale in their store for the new LIVE album, "Birds Of Pray"
(which includes the bonus DVD footage). For each cd that you purchase, you will receive
one entry for a chance to meet LIVE at the concert of your choice. LIVE have confirmed
a new tour date for July 19th at the "Delaware State Fair" in Harrington,
Delaware... tickets are expected to go on-sale sometime in May. LIVE have cancelled
their upcoming show on April 25th at "CityFest Live" in Charlotte, North
Carolina and their upcoming show on April 26th at the "House Of Blues"
in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (no info is available as to whether these dates will
be rescheduled or not). A new date has been added to the TV Section...
LIVE will be performing "I Alone" during a re-airing of "Saturday
Night Live" on April 30th on the Comedy Central network. The Live Lounge Newsletter

| As of today, "Heaven" is
now available at radio stations worldwide, so make sure to call up your local station
and request it! "Friends Of Live" is expected to be offering a pre-sale soon for the new album, "Birds
Of Pray" (including the bonus DVD), so make sure to stay tuned to their site
for more details. MCA Records has posted a list of companies that are offering digital
downloads of "Heaven" (for a small fee) on their website. I have added a new mp3 of "Heaven" (from
the 3/26/03 concert at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York) to the New Songs
Section. And I have added
an older interview
to the site, which appeared in "Juice Magazine" in May of 1997. |

| "Friends Of Live" have confirmed
the track listing for "Birds Of Pray", which I have added to the new "Birds
Of Pray" Lyric Section.
They also confirmed that all of the cds from the first run will contain special bonus
DVD footage of "Selling The Drama", "White, Discussion", "Nobody
Knows", and "Voodoo Lady" (from the Pinkpop Festival in The Netherlands
on 5/18/02). I have added a new photo of the "Birds Of Pray" album cover
to the Album
6 Section. The "Radio
& Records" website has added an online stream of "Heaven" to their site
(available in both RealPlayer and Windows Media Player formats). As announced in
an update on Wednesday, LIVE have added 2 new overseas tour date. They will be performing
at the "Orpheum" in Graz, Austria on May 27th and at the "Southside
Festival" in Tutlingen, Germany on June 21st. Ticket and event info for both
these dates will be added to the Tour Section
as it becomes available. Jimmy from "Shooting Live" has added new pictures
to his gallery
from the March 28th Philadelphia concert and the March 29th Ithaca concert. "The
Ithacan" newspaper (in Ithaca, New York) has posted a new review from the March 29th concert at Ithaca College to
their site. "Adam & The Weight's" new cd, "Looking Up from The
Ground" is now available for purchase online. You can click on the banner below
or visit the "LaPriest Entertainment" website to hear samples and/or to order their new cd. And I

| I have added a new mp3 of "What
Are We Fighting For" (from the 3/26/03 concert at Hofstra University in Hempstead,
New York) to the New Songs Section.
Stay tuned for many more new mp3's (including more recordings of new live songs)
to be added to the site over the next few weeks! I added the lyrics to "Heaven"
to the Assorted Lyrics Section.
"Overcome" was played during the end of "The Shield" on tv last
night... for those that missed tuning in to this airing, there will be a re-broadcast
of this episode this Sunday (April 6th) at 10pm ET on the FX network (I have added
this date to the TV Section).
